The guy above in the first response is a ct nut. Don't deal with these people you'll lose your sanity, I've been arguing with them for years.

To understand why they say there is not sufficient evidence and why they said that is to understand how the FBI works which is somthing ct nuts don't like to look into when they create their deluisions. First, Osama has not been indicted on charges related to 9-11 because the government already has indictments against him for his involvement in the embassy bombings in 1998; there's no need to indict him again until he's captured.

Edit again: The FBI maintains a list of most wanted terrorists and he's on the top. and now I'm quoting:

Because there isn't. The confession videotape is a fake, and a particularly crude one at that. Anyone with eyes can look at it next to an actual picture of OBL and figure it out in about two seconds. Even the nation's top academic Bin Ladin expert said it was an obvious hoax. In an alleged actual interview with a Pakistani journalist, he denied responsibility.

Bush was never concerned with finding OBL. That was all for show.

yeah its messed up if you think about it.  The reality is that Al Queada was an excuse for pushing policies that Neo cons wanted to do before 9/11.  They didnt chase Bin Ladin down because they wanted him to still be out there in the minds of people to provoke fear because fear=consent.  

Really it deserves an official second look.

Because they didn't want to admit that they didn't know which lice-infested hole he was hiding in -in the Saudi Arabian desert.It's a cover-up to "cover up" their defeat.Or they always knew it wasn't him all along ,but they had all of the Americans demanding revenge(rightfully so)so they needed a scapegoat to ease the tension--Reminds me of a high-profile police investigation of a crime---At least that's my take on the subject.

It's probable that 9/11 was an inside job.  The Twin Towers and Building 7 all came down at free fall speed in to their own footprints.  If you've ever seen the controlled demolition of a building, I doubt you'd think that two planes brought down three skyscapers in Lower Manhattan on September 11, 2001.
