Why did the McCain get offended and think he was called racist by Obama?

Is he a real racist? Why would he question that he be called a racist by his opponent? He should know better than anyone that neither of them wants to accuse the other of a racist, so wouldn't it make sense for John McCain to be racist?

  1. Obama was saying how McCain's people were bring out if you knew he was against the surge, and if he was a Muslim, and then Obama also added " Oh buy the way, did you know he was black!" I had never heard anyone say that, only on the net.

    no, he did not get offended.  what he did was pretend to get offended so he can sway people's oppinions of Obama.  so people could think wow obama is such a mean person. look how he hurt mccain.

    never believe these people when they talk about feelings.  

  3. His conscience may not be racist but the problem is in his sub-conscience.

    As a son of a general, he was tortured by Vietnamese (some colored or even called yellow dogs)
