    There are as many sources available as there are for the Blue Sky theory

    The reason was simple

    The Brits came in and drilled for oil and created the infrastructure for the industry

    Then He came in and tried to nationalize the petroleum fields after the hard work was done

    It's what happened to thieves and con men in the old days

    They were ridden out of town

    Of course backing the Shah is what caused many of the problems that we have over there today but Eisenhower had a habit of installing very poor puppets
