Wow, this is reminiscent of "The dog ate my homework" statement.  I'm afraid you can't get out of paying taxes by saying "The cat peed on the paperwork."  Ha!  Anyway, you can get new copies of the forms from your employer.  As for why your cat did this, I really have no idea.  Maybe your cat is just really smart and found a way to make a statement about taxes!

Not sure why they would pee on those papers, maybe she does not like you to go to work :)  I would make copies of them and then throw away the peed on ones.  Then request new ones from your employers.
