Why did the city of miami let the orange bowl get so bad.

the money that miami get from tourist year in and year out should've been used yearly to keep up the orange bowl up to standard.

I must agree.  I am a Hurricane fan and it was the perfect place for games. They could have used money to do touch ups. It's not like the building was unstable.
