Ok, the defendants attorney told me before I told him that I had an attorney, well he told me to get a good attorney and that he is tired of his clients and as long as I have a good attorney than he will tell his clients that he had to settle and that was the best thing that he could do. Why?

  1. Beware of this attorney.  What he is doing is unethical.  He is required to represent the best interests of his clients.  Find a good lawyer and inform them of what was said.

  2. The Defense Attorney is begging you to settle.  His client is probably being a Pain in the @$$! By you getting a good attorney, it would give him a good excuse to recommend a settlement to his client and (subsequently) get that idiot off his back.
