  1. I don't know but i remember in Hamilton at a game i watched #2 gizmo williams return a kickoff for a TD. He was great to watch.

  2. I have no clue at all, but I know it pisses me off a lot, we have like no one good left, and our loss last night to the freakin stampeders was horrible...but atleast it was preseason

  3. Here are all the players Edmonton lost and the how they were lost.

  4. What are you talking about? we still got good players and are best Ray and Fleming....

  5. Eskimos are aboriginal peoples who inhabit the circumpolar regions of North America.  Some tribes prefer the collective reference of Inuit instead of Eskimos.  These resiliant hunters rely on a diet of seals, polar bears, ice cubes and they live in houses made of snow called igloos.

Since 1957 the chief industry of the Eskimos was the manufacture of popsicles until the sport of snowball fighting gained popularity in recent years.  The Eskimos became a superpower in the sport after beating The Iceland Icehats in 1999 and won thier first World Cup.  Since then they've been undefeated.  Sports and sporting events took the commercial lead shortly after.

Some of the marquee players rallied federal governents in the new millenium for rights to play as free agents outside of the Northwest Territories.  The National Igloo of Canada introduced a new legislation last September allowing them to become free agents and play on teams for other nations.

To answer your question, it wasn't the Eskimos that released all their good players.  You can blame it on the federal government.  In my personal opinion, I would not bet money on the Eskimos bringing home the cup again this year.

It's a shame the game has to be defined by money and not loyalty anymore.

  6. That's the worst thing about CFL (well, most sports these days I guess).  There's no player-team continuity any more.  Every year, you have to re-learn who's on what's team.  Makes it hard to be a fan.
