  2. It didn't fail. The implementation was slower than planned, but the current political establishment in the North is a result of the Good Friday Agreement. You ask what's good and bad - that's very subjective. A lot of people disagreed with the early release of prisoners (some, of course, agreed). Republicans took a long time to approve the new police force. These are some very small examples. It's a huge question. But it's working at the moment.
