  1. Um.. he didn't get of lightly! He shouldn't have been charged at all, its just a litttle bit of extra rubbish. and!?!

You harmed someone else and had 'anti social behaviour' but wth im not an expert lol.

  2. Yes I know, typical isn't it.

    Take my example.

Raised thousands for charity- doesn't get mentioned.

Saved a child from drowning- nobody cares.

Extinguished forest fires- no thanks from anyone.

But you shag just one sheep......................................

And you never hear the end of it. Typical.

  3. murderers thieves rapists etc do get prison

but anti green people should hang

putting to much rubbish in the bin he should know the consequences

    and bet he smokes!

  4. I hear your pain my friend and wish that there was justice in this country that was appropriate to a mans actions.

A little punching incident is hardly deserving of any punishment. I raped my disabled Labrador for several hours in a public phone box and was given a 23 year stretch inside. That's hardly fair.

A man leaving his bin open should be exacuted and have his head displayed on London bridge so as to make an  example of him. We don't want his kind ruinin our country.

Persecute the bin lid left openers........

  5. Kind of in a different league for starters, his was a civil offence, yours was a criminal act.

I think a £100 fine is pretty steep (the rest was legal fees and court costs as he is a douche and refused to pay).

I think its fair. the rule is if your bin doesnt shut, its overflowing. 1 inch, 10 inches or rubbish all over the floor doesnt matter. There is a line and he was over it.

He claims he recycles a lot, but to fill a wheelie bin in two weeks even with 5 people in the house is quite some feat. Maybe he should be a bit more careful about what he throws out in future.

Its not a waste of taxpayers money to prosecute, if councils didnt people would take the p*ss.

  6. You are just trying to wind everyone up , just stop talking rubbish.

  7. the point is that he shouldn't have been fined in the first place

perhaps if councils provided bins that actually have enough space (unless you live on your own they're way too small) then this sort of thing wouldn't happen.

  8. The bloke got £250 fine and a criminal record for leaving the lid up on his bin, this country is fast becoming a pi** take...do we get a reduction in our council tax for all the rubbish left on the road from our binwagon every week

  9. Prisons are full of stupid little prats, who go round punching people cos they think they are hard.

If you got 3.5yrs, you did more than a punch.

  10. i feel your pain, i too got two years for aggravated assault and affray and it makes my blood boil to see a monster like this walking free when i got locked up for such a trivial offence

  11. It's ridiculous that taxpayers money was wasted on prosecuting him.
