  1. If it had been left up to me they would have been shot dead on the spot.

There is no place in America the liberal cries should be heard.

  2. Stay in designated areas and don't break stuff, and there won't be a problem.  What, are from the 60's calling cops "pigs?"  Grow up, pal.

  3. YES, and your rights have been shredded by the current administration.I want my Heabus Corpus back.

  4. I have not watched the convention; but, the current version of Republicans believe freedom means free to agree with them.

    Look at the VP pick:

    -anti-choice

    -anti-g*y

    -anti-science

And this from the former party of freedom?  Would you expect this Republican party to welcome diversity of opinion?

  5. Freedom of speech isn't gone, we've just never accepted that breaking out windows of stores, destroying property and attacking people is in any way peaceful.

  6. Your link brings us to a whole page of links about police brutality, so I'm not sure which "innocent" protestors you are talking about. But most of the complaints of "innocents" so far are about the arrest warrants for several groups before the convention, on charges of conspiracy to riot. Many people believe the charges were too broad and innocent people were detained. There were no charges of beatings.

But during the convention, the thugs who dropped cement onto traffic from highway overpasses and threw bricks at police, were far from "innocent". Photos here:

  7. Your right, they should not have been maced and arrested.  They should have been gunned down and dragged into the gutter.

  8. First, why did those so call innocent protesters wore masks on their face and destroy private property?

Second, why did those so call innocent protesters sprayed acid into face of people who do not agree with them?

Third, why did those so call innocent protesters terrorized children on their bus?

Are those action sanction by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution?

Therefore, the police did the right thing.

The police show a lot of restrains in St. Paul, MN.

  9. Freedom of speech does not extend to protecting those that destroy property and are violent to police officials.

  10. They got what they deserved.
