Probably because the lead singer was g*y, made his own clothes and Brian May was into astronomy the study of the universe and made his own guitars with that knowledge, the drummer wasn't the average headcase but interesting in his own right. And the bass was amazing with its own funky feeling, bo ya "another one bites the dust".


  2. Because they were unique, they played outside the box, meaning that they didn't go with the Beatles, Rolling Stones sound. Freddy will be terribly missed.
