  1. It's just all the stupid systems fault, dumb tiebreaker...

  2. Jealous of her HOTTNESS

  3. they really should give 2 gold medals but what they do is there is a series of 6 scores and for regular scoring the remove the highest and the lowest to get a more concrete final score. in the tie breaker, they removed the second highest score, and without the second highest score the chinese girl was .10 ahead of luiken. that is really not a fair way to do it though because then the gold medal is decided by only 3 judges and because they are not from any of the competing nations the judges may not be as experienced. the judges that night were...poland, new zealand, russia, brazil, and bulgaria and an unknown online...for nastia it came down to  the unknown, new zealand and brazil

for the chinese girl it came down to the scores from bulgaria, brazil , the unknown, and either new zealand or poland (they both gave (9.1)

  4. nope it is a rule in the olympics that there are no ties in gymnastics. there HAS to be a tiebreaker.

  5. Dual gold was the ONLY fair thing to do, but it's over now.

If you complain about a faulty rule, that's justified, only foreigners who countries sucked at gymnasts call that whining.

  6. Because the judging system is BOGUS even Bella Karoliy(not sure of spelling) said so... She got silver because of a 10th of a point or some BS like that. Nastia had a gold medal routine and was cheated...

  7. I think most people agree they should of gave both girls gold

But the have a dumb rule

You can write the OCAt and see if they will change it for 2012

    Nothing else can be done

  8. i ask the same thing a few days ago.

Yeh i think the judges are too harsh on the USA gymnastic team when it comes to tiebreaker. And this happened twice already, Nastia taken silver cause of a tiebreaker.

Liuken performance was terrific and He (the Chinese athlete who win the gold) was suppose to get some points deduction, even the judges saids it, the feets apart, slow downs, and the landing of the huge step she took to keep herself balance. The commentators are even surprise when He got a really high score of 16.725 close to a perfect. I was in shocked when i saw this.

Luiken also have a tie score of 16.725 but she was place in second. Liuken performance was superior: the execution, the difficulty, and the landing was just beautiful. But was place in silver not gold when her performance looks 10x gold to me.

He was given the gold medal because of a seldom-used tiebreaker rule. And well another gold stolen by China.

Im Chinese myself and i was surprise by this. I dont know whats going on with the judges scoring. Are they half blinded or something.

At lease we (Im American) win gold and silver in the all around competition. Thats the most important.

The new rule of 2 athlete not getting gold is really stupid. The new scoring is confusing. Lets see what happened in 2012 london.

  9. The rule is so weird that nobody understands it. Even the Chinese were complaining about it.

However, athletes should understand the rules beforehand. If it doesn't make sense, push to change it before the game.

If you lose and then complain about the rules, that's called whining.

  10. those stupid judges favour those stupid chinese girls

SOME OF THEM ARE UNDER FRIKKEN 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats against the rules isnt it?!?!?!

    thats SOOO UNFAIR!!!!!!!

    and nastia did WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BETTER!!!

  11. Because the judges favor the underaged chinese girls

  12. IOC changed it so there is now a tiebreaker. You always take away the high score and low score. The tiebreaker is to take away the next high score from each of the tied contestants. Unfortunately when they did this Nastia had a lower score.

  13. because her and china gat the same score so they took out the highest and lowest numbers and china was higher i guess

  14. All round both girls had the same score and same start value.  It all came down to a computerized scoring system that left Nastia out of the gold because the Chinese girl got one score higher from the Australian judge.

I liked Nastia's performance better myself, but they said they knew about the scoring system before and just had to deal with it.

  15. cuz those g*y chinese judges are biased.

  16. She deseved that gold.I am so upset about that.

  17. Both girls tied, they should've both gotten the Gold. Nastia was robbed. What's done is done, even though it was rotten.
