  1. he lied about his affair with Monica.

What that had to do with him leading the country I'm not sure.

  2. For lying to the grand Jury.

And about this article, (which has nothing to do with Billy boy)

Since one of the groups is funded by Bush hating George Soros, I wouldn't put too much faith in the objectivity of the reporting.

  3. The Republican Congress impeached Clinton because they had tried to purge him from office his entire administration.

Finally, they were able to catch him in a lie about semantics, concerning his definition of s*x with Monica Lewinski, that he made before Congress, concerning a lawsuit that had nothing, I repeat, NOTHING to do with anything he did during his presidency.

All over the world, people were laughing at the pettiness of the American government for prosecuting and threatening to terminate from office the American President for engaging in a non-duty related sexual act with a legal, FEMALE (attention Republicans!) consenting adult.

The Republicans attempted to crucify Clinton, but justice, common sense and reason prevailed.

  4. bad taste..........at least thats the only thing he was guilty of

  5. While under oath in a civil court proceeding, he committed perjury.

  6. he lied to a grand jury while under oath.

  7. Hasn't this horse been beaten into the ground?  To answer your question factually, Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury and aquitted by the Senate.  A bettter question to post with your link would be "Why didn't they impeach Bush?".
