Well, there was a rumor flying around for a bit that ECW's roster might start touring and taping with Raw.  While I doubt this is the case fully, I wouldn't be surprised if Vince just decided to test it out at least once to see how it went.  Then again, it may have had something to do with Scifi network.  I really don't have a clear cut answer for you, only speculation.

    I'm sure they're still taping Smackdown! tonight.
