Why did this scary face spot appeared after the dream?

Question

I have vitiligo , (white spots all over my skin ) When i was around 12 dreams about a blonde boy dressing in white started to haunt my nights. It was always one of those vivid dreams charged of emotion. In this particular dream we were in the roof of my house (the encounters always take place in high places) and he was talking to me in a weird language , but i could understand him, i felt this friendship vive around me and him , we started laughing really hard and suddenly he touched my chest with the index finger (not my b***s lol) just below my neck and i experienced this strong love feeling that I HAD NEVER FELT BEFORE ! it was really intense . the dream ended and a month after that , white spots appereared in the exact place where he had touched me , and the weird thing is that these spots look like a scary face . heres a picture :http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n185/yayose/vitiligo%20after/?action=view&current=iop152.jpg

my question is do you think he was warning me about this

Maybe he wasnt warning you, but causing them.

Maybe they're to protect you or something.

Things from dreams do have physical marks:

I had a dream where I was in a house full of white fog and a baby was crying in the distance. I was in a room, so I went down the hallway following the baby's cries until I came to a little room with a white crib at the end, when I went closer, this little THING was munching on the baby's face! I just looked at it scared, when it just stood up on the baby's chest (back facing me) and smelled the air slowly...then it turned around and saw ME, it jumped on me and started attacking me when I grabbed it and threw it at the wall, then it rushed at me and bit my leg, I grabbed it a second time and threw it at the wall hard. It made an ugly noise and went in a hole in the wall where I could still see/hear it starling and looking at me...

When I woke up, I had a weird bitemark exactly where the thing bit me, there are no rats in my house and and it was too big for one...I had no pets, and it didn't look like a cat/dog bite mark either....
