Why didn't I ever receive my ringtones from Yahoo?

I ordered two ringtones, How to Save a Life and Over My Head, both by The Fray, and I never received them. I received the confirmation text message though. What do I do?

  1. Just type "T" or otherwise the requested alphabet and reply that sms .but be ware u will be charged for it
