  1. You know, it could depend on the weather. They might not be migrating on to different places right now, so it depends you might see some, soon.

  2. I've 1 or 2 June bugs on my back door screen every night for about a week now.  I live in Michigan.  "June" bugs in July :)

  3. I'm personally in favor of not having june bugs, or misquitos, and all the other stuff I dislike.  Sure it might affect species, but new species will turn up and take their place, or at least other species will benifit from the demise of some.

  4. I live at the beach so we don't have them.    Decent B-52s album track though.

  5. They've all become......July Bugs

  6. dont worry about it. if u like seeing a lot of those pesky beetles, go to alabama.

  7. Now that you mention it, I don't remember seeing June bugs at all this year. Here in TX we had a weird spring. It was warm one day and then cold the next 3-4. The trees and flowers would bloom only to die because it got cold again. Global warming?

  8. man we got allot here ,if you miss them that much i will happily give you all of mine

  9. Same reason we are seeing less lightning bugs.  More farmland and marshland where they breed, etc. is being used for housing..

  10. You know, I was just wondering the same thing myself the other day, but here where I live there is a lot of confusion about the difference between June Bugs and Asian Beetles.  Asian Beetles were introduced here some years ago to combat a burgeoning aphid population, but became a far worse pest than aphids.  Now, according to climatologists, various weather effects here in this area have impacted the remaining aphid population, and consequently the Asian Beetle population has also dropped off to nothing.  I can't quote the climate change study that specifically mentioned aphids, sorry.  I just saw it in passing.

  11. oh wow well i have seen sooo many june bugs this year.I HATE THEM UGH.well i live in prineville maby they dont like it where u live idk though.

  12. Same thing happening to the honey bees.  It may be GMOs (favored by AGW people) and probably all those cell towers (that are not likely for cell phones since you still get bad reception).  Bees rely on natural plants and the sun for direction.  It hard for them to find their way if electromagnetic waves and ionosphereic testing are confusing them.
