I called them on December17th and told them to disconnect me on December 18th because that's the date I'm paid up until. They said they'd disconnect me on the 19th. I told them I'm not going to pay for another entire month's service because they can't disconnect me on the day I asked. From what I understood, they'll only charge me for one additional day.Now here it is December 20th and I still have phone and DSL. Why haven't they disconnected me? Are they dragging their feet so they can milk as much money from me as possible?By the way, I'm getting cable and VOIP. It will be much cheaper.
