Why didn't a Mexican player do the movement for FIFA 09

Just watched a thing on the making of FIFA 09. In response to whoevers dumb question thought there wouldn't be an American cover was wrong. And to add insult to injury, they brought in Edu with Ronaldinho to be the players wired for the the actual dribbling moves for the game. They didn't ask a Mexican, why???? Well on the cover you have Ochoa, Edu, and Ronaldinho. Why would they have a goalkeeper come in to do some dribbling? Edu and Ronaldinho get to dribbling for a promotional video while Ochoa

gets to be the main man in the cover, and he will surely get spot
