Why didnt I get pregnant??

Ok so i had s*x on ovulation day but i only did it one day during my fertile days..That was about 20-21 hours after i believe i ovulated..Is this the reason why i didnt? Was the egg impatient for the sperm? IS this normal?? should i have had s*x BEFORE ovulation?? HElP!

Try having s*x more often after a positive from the ovulation kit.  There is no way to tell from home how soon after the positive that you will actually ovulate but you should start right away to give the sperm some time to get to their destination.

Ok. Sperm can live for 48 hours in the uterus. That is why the ovulation predictors predict 24-48 hrs before ovulation. Whenever you have a positive ov test you need to have s*x THAT SAME DAY if you want to conceive. You can still get pregnant up to 48 hours after ovulation occurs though. God is the one who is in control of all of this though. Only He can predict when a woman will get pregnant, even if you do everything else the "right" way.
