Why didnt my sky hd box record the football tonight?

Question

i was out all day and put the match into the planner to record, just came home and there is nothing on my box for the match.

any ideas?? or did this happen to you??

yes i did make sure it was in to record.

sorry i dont have the answer but it keeps happening to me , it keeps saying CLASHED when there was no other program recorded i just dont understand why.................

Odds on it was Sky fault,gone though now I,m afraid.Knock your power off,remove mains plug for 30 seconds then reset everything.

I have never lost a recording but I know people who have. No consolation to you, but i thinks it's just one of those things that happens now and then.

Was it pay per view, as I'm not sure if they record.
