  1. I read about someone who sold his first-generation iPhone for $587 (he paid the $599 for it originally; 16GB model). So there are people out there who will still pay for the original iPhone.


  2. Some people do not like the 2nd Gen iPhone and if people put there 1st Gen up for $300 they are looking for the one idiot that will buy it thinking it's a good deal
