Why do 'discount vitamin' stores ALL have their hanging awning signs upside down?

the red and white ones that around. off the top of my head there are stores in neutral bay and manly, in sydney.

has anybody else seen them? it's driving me nuts.

they sell cheap so cant afford to pay staff who can read & hang signs right wayup

Well it certainly made you NOTICE THEM.

If it's just one, you can put it down to a mistake. If it's stores all of the one chain, it's a trick to make you notice. If works.

Of course if they drive you crazy you won't go in there but they didn't think of that angle. I never go into shops that made me mad, nor buy products with yuk advertising.
