How many players need to get arrested before they realize, "hey, something is not right here" Does anyone else find this a little disturbing?

  1. cause people enjoy watching it.

  2. i think they have done a better job of cracking down it because they can see this is huge problem

the nfl has done an awesome job of marketing and superbowls mean so much money that teams have been willing  in the  past to put up with bad behaviour because  of this

fantasy football really plays into this.  people will look the other way because there  can  be  a lot of  money on the table for  a player with character issues

  3. Because half of America are criminals hahaha just kidding ok so i'm decended from Convicts ! It's the same here with the AFL and the Rugby League. Most have taken the opportunity to get somewhere in life, but its the same old thing, you can take the man out of the valley but you cant take the valley out of the man ! Also the Sociology involved, the fact its an aggressive intense game, player backgrounds, too much time, far too much money and to much celebrity !

  4. I enjoy watching my favorite team, but I agree that some never shagged the ghetto thought process, even though they make millions...kinda like the rappers.

  5. I don't think that is a fair question some times its wrong place wrong time, the media plays a big part also and alot of bad judgment on the players part but its the same thing as why would you support Hollywood when half are drug addicts and the other half has an eating disorder I think that has more of an effect in everyday life

  6. Gotta love the irony of an Australian asking this.
