Well I guess it's not as simple as Jim says. As far as I know immigrants mostly take jobs that Britons don't want to do themselves...

Why complain? It's very comfortable to have someone to blame for everything bad that happens to you. You got fired? Uh, that's because of those bloody immigrants... I think it happens everywhere - in UK you complain about Poles, in Poland people more and more complain about mmigrants from former Soviet Union and Asia... it's human nature, I guess...
