Why do Budgies kill thrie babies ?

Question

I have a pair of bugdgies , one having red eyes and other having black .

only 3 eggs eggs were given by them ... in which they thrown 2eggs out and killed the remaining one ......

What should be the problem?

speak to your local vet, budgies normally make good parents

Usually when a bird does this they know something is wrong with the eggs and or the babies and they will not waste their time and energy caring for something that will pass on anyway. Is it both of them or just one? Call a vet or wildlife rehabber or breeder for advice. Good luck and sorry for the loss.
