  1. I am a Christian. I do not support Sarah Palin for VP. I do, however, support equal rights for women.

  2. hypocrites

  3. Firstly, Christians disagree with women as leaders in specific roles in church organization, not over being leaders absolutely; for, mothers are leaders of their children (which Christians don't disagree over). I think the problem here is that people blur this line between church community and state community, and they hold things for one to be the same for the other. However, I've heard no good arguments (doesn't mean there is not any) for this position or why a women couldn't  share responsibility leading a country.

  4. Not all Christians support Palin for VP.

Not all Christians believe only men should be leaders.

Christianity is not a monolithic block. There's a wide range of ideas and beliefs. Many claim to to have the absolute truth and that those who don't believe as they do are not "real" or "true" Christians.

  5. 1.  I'm a Christian.

    2.  I am not American, but I do not wish Sarah Palin to be VP.

    3.  I do not believe that men should be the only leaders.

    4.  You would be astonished by the number of Christians who agree with me on this issue.

  6. I am a Christian who does not support Sarah Palin for VP.  I would prefer a man because I do believe that men should be leaders.  However, I do think that she is a better choice than many men are just because those men are bad choices.

I just think there are many men better-suited for the job than she is.

  7. As a Christian, I neither support Sarah Palin nor believe that only men should be leaders. The population of the United States is roughly 200 million. Do you honestly image that the 1.8 billion Christians who live outside the United States are rooting for Sarah Palin in the upcoming election?

  8. God appoints the leaders. even in the Bible Israel had a female leader(she was a judge) during the time of the judges. The Bible teaches that women should be leaders, and examples to others,(and here is where I start an argument) they're just not to be Pastors(don't blame me folks, if you don't like it, take it up with God he's the one who had the book written in the first place). Really people read your Bibles more, this information is all in there.

  9. God's rules for the church do not apply to the governments in which we live.

    It's HIS church.

    It's OUR government.

Besides... Palin would not be the Big Kahuna.
