It's like you never even hear a Top 40 song on a Clear Channel station.

  1. Because, unknown new music is the future.... What better way for clear channel to give all of those millions it's making hand over fist back to the artists than to play all of the indie stuff... sometimes I have found a station sneak in something from MTV once or twice but not usually as they are being good people and supporting the 1 guitar artist recording on the old cd player and one mic setup with a beat up guitar .. one who is on dial up internet connection borrowing the phone line and power from a neighbor just so Clear Channel can show him the money and then promply remove him after the second song gets popular as he is getting commercial now... You know, leaving it for the independent radio operator to finally play.
