Why do Clippers "Fans" think they are going to do well just because they have Baron Davis?

There is no one else over the 20 ppg line on the Clippers

Last year Baron Davis without Stephen Jackson or Jason Richardson (1-6) for the first seven games (Monta Ellis didn't break 20 ppg until the season was nearly over)

I see similar results in LA

They could do well, but could be in serious trouble if a key player gets injured.

If everything goes well, the Clippers could make the playoffs, but it will be tough in the West.

Lakers, Hornets, Jazz, Spurs, Mavericks, Blazers, Rockets, and probably Suns are better right now.

The Clippers win/loss record will show major improvement this year. A playoff spot in possible but definitely not guaranteed.

Not just Baron but an interior of Kaman and Camby to go along with rookie phenom Eric Gordon at SG and Al Thornton at SF...off the bench, you have Tim Thomas, Cuttino Mobley, Quinton Ross (one of the best 1-on-1 defenders in the league), Shaun Livingston and DeAndre Jordan (a total steal in the 2nd round)...They can definitely do some damage if they stay relatively healthy...

If the Clippers stay healthy there is no reason why they can't make a run at the playoffs!

Funny when Baron was on the Warriors ,He was the best player in the world .Warriors fans had him up for MVP!!

But now he's a Clipper ,he's going to be hurt all the time and a waste of money!!

They should hover around the 500 mark. Baron and Kaman are question marks due to their history of injuries. Thornton and Gordon are good, young players but have a lot to prove. And Camby is a solid contributor, but how good can he be? He is 33 and was traded for a 2nd rd pick. They'll miss the playoffs, but should be better than last year. Although that isn't really saying much.
