Why do Coache's/teachers say....?

Im a girl

I had to pull the sleigh on the field.

becuase im on the track team as a sprinter.

I told my coach " No" so he made another kid, push me to the sleigh.

and before the kid pushed me their he said," i cant touch her."

Why would he say that?

Why cant he?

And not like i would say anything.

  1. The child may have though it would be classed as assualt, that's the only reason I can think of.


  2. I am a coach and I would think because he is a male coach and you are a female student he did notwant to make it seem like he was harmfuly pushing you in any way shape or form. In all honesty there is not rule that a teacher cannot touch a student and that is false, Especially since it is athletics there are exception to everything in athletics and even if he had touched you there were others around so it should not have been a problem anyway. A teacher can touch a sudent as long as it is not percived as harrasment. So guiding you to a drill should not have been a problem.
