Why do Democrats believe Obama will lower taxes?

He has voted yes for every single new tax or tax increase and no to every tax decrease that has come up during his time as a Senator (at both state and federal levels).

He has also repeatedly said he would repeal the Bush Tax Cuts (in effect a tax increase.)

Why would you suddenly believe that he has had a full reversal of one of his most consistent stances.

Actions speak much louder than words.

The Democratic (socialist) party has always increased taxes and government waste spending.  Big Government Intervention = Big Brother.

The Democratic party has shown how mean they are going after a teen child (Union Hollywood promotes promiscuity) so the Unions are blame shifting.  What can we expect from liberal Dems when they are backed by all the Labor Union Mafia thugs and bullies.  The nefarious tactics The Union Print media and Union News stations use "promoting" their celebrity Obama the Unionizer socialist.

If you were in the cyber world long enough, you will see the "poser" "communists" and "extremists" infiltrating the youth with their ideology and you'll see their plan is working with the help of liberal UNION school teachers and the textbooks they read by UNION writers.

Bush's tax cuts didn't benefit me.  McCain has not proposed any tax cuts which would benefit the middle class    (you know, people earning less than 5 million a year). Obama's will benefit 95% of the people.

I believe it b/c numerous sources have proven that Obama's tax plan beats out McCain's.....further, Obama's tax plan has been endorsed by Nobel Prize winners in economics....I think their knowledge is far greater than yours....no offense.

You don't listen much.  He would repeal the bush tax cuts because they weren't a tax cut for the middle class they were a tax cut for the top 5%.  That is what he will repeal.  What he will pass is a tax package that taxes the rich and doesn't tax the poor

I don't CARE what he does to our taxes, this country has a lot more going on than just taxes and in every single arena, Obama's policies are far superior to McCain's as his are just a rehashing of the failed Republican platform of the last 8 years.

I have no clue.  He's made no secret that he's going to raise taxes.  If they are dumb enough to think that everyone that makes over 60K is rich then there is no hope for this bone heads.
