  1. there is a difference between successful and ultra-rich.

the Dems talk about taxing the ultra-rich, but leave plenty of loopholes in for their financial contributors, and all the new taxes fall on the successful.

And don't think that the GOP is any better. They do the same.

  2. I feel I am successful, but I understand the back bone of this country are hard working people.

  3. Socialists want  the successful to share the fruits of their success, but not the labor.  And when they don't get it voluntarily, they get mad.

  4. If you're successful you get a full understanding of how their programs are geared to ruin you. With that knowledge they can't control you which is what they're all about. Control and manipulation.

  5. Well, democrats don't hate successful people so noone can answer your delusion.

There are MANY succesful democrats. (e.g. Tom Hanks, Bono, George Clooney, Martin Scorsese...)

  6. Similar to Rethugs hating Obama?   I am no democrat, but just how do these democratic boogey men do this? Do some research about where the rethuglicans have taken this country in 30 years.........(Clinton was a damned rethug too).......staggering budget deficits, stretched and warn military, US constitution in tatters, economy maintained by continual borrowing from the Chinese, the dollar at all time lows, not to mention perpetual war...this bunch has ruined the dream......

  7. Why do Republicans hate live US military personnel.

    I admire successful people.

  8. Democrats do NOT hate successful people.  Many, many Democrats are successful, contrary to popular Republican belief.

Democrats do despise greedy people.  Remember the Bible tells us that to whom much is given, much is expected.  By the way, us Christian Liberals believe that it is God's money, not ours,.

  9. We don't.  I am irked by those like Bushes and Kennedys and Hilton chicks who got their money the old fashioned way, from their daddies.  But I don't hate anyone.  The more I make, the more taxes I should pay.  Called fair.

  10. We don't. In fact, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama are prime examples of people who have pulled themselves up by the bootstraps.

  11. Please.  You have fat cat Democrats and Republicans.  The tax code is a cesspool of favors written in exchange for campaign donations.  GOP talking points are so droll.

  12. Shift Happens gave you a very good answer. You, like always, only want to hear yourself talk.

  13. simple equation

you make more income=you pay more taxes

not about jealousy, it's about fairness

  14. The question is, do you support a system that inherently concentrates wealth in the hands of a small minority?

do you think that a system where .5% of a population holds all the wealth is a good thing for the health of a society?

Citizens should be able to choose economic and political institutions that maximize positive outcomes for the majority of it's people

We have no choice, dems and republicans both support are current system.

My question to you is, Do you truly support a system that concentrates wealth and power to a small majority? If so, why?

  15. Lots of Democrats support Bill Clinton, Barak Obama and others.  Say what you will but you cannot seriously call them unsuccessful!
