Question:

Why do Democrats not tout their own record, a Democrat led Congress with a 18% approval rating?

Obama voted along party lines 97% of the time with Pelosi and Reid when he bothered to vote. Instead of running on their record they are busy trashing McCain. Is this "Change" or "Business as usual"?

  1. This is more of the same old liberal stuff. The new democrat congress trashed the economy and are promising huge new spending programs and huge tax increases to pay for them. That will finish the economy and lead us into Marxism/Socialism.

  2. Last I heard their approval ratings were in single digits.  But you are right, its a dismal Congress.

  3. Any bill of promise gets vetoed by the dim witted Bush.

  4. His voting record shocked me when I viewed it.  (google Obamas voting record)  He was NO VOTING all over the place, just like Hillary said.

Winston Churchill 6/23/45: If you are not a Liberal at age 20 you have no heart...if your not a conservative by 30 you have no brain.

  5. Congress is nearly evenly split.  In fact the Senate is 49/49.  We'll see a Democratic congress when more Republicans are swept out of office!

  6. Wow, it's really up that high.  Wonder when the vote for drilling will happen.  Reid and Pelosi don't care about America, only themselves and their party.

  7. lies

    lies

    and more lies!

Its Bush approval rating that's 18%

Congress doesn't have an approval rating

  8. You do realize that most people are dissatisfied with the Democratic congress due to the lack of impeachment proceedings?

  9. I didn't realize their approval rating was that high.  Then Obama attacked McCain for voting along party lines 90% of the time at the DNC convention!
