Why do Dems and Obama want to force sterilization on 14 year old girls? Is that their idea of health care?

Why do they insist on injecting every teen girl against their will with an unproven "vaccine" with unknown side effects like Guardisil?

For starters sterilization is not even remotely close to this vaccine.  Over 80% of sexually active people have come into contact with this virus.  Condoms do not protect from this as outbreaks happen in the outer regions as well.  This virus is the number one cause of cervical cancer in women.  Many people do not feel the need to share this info with others because they think they won't pass it.  A person could be starting an outbreak and not know it, and pass it on even while wearing a condom.  This is not a virus that affects the overall health of men, outside of an unsightly outbreak.  Why would you not want the women of our country protected from the number one cause of a cancer suffered only by them but carried by men as well???

I am not aware of Obama pushing this, nor even of a concerted effort nationwide by Democrats.

But perhaps they should.

Cervical cancer kills over a quarter of a million women world wide.

The experts - ie the CDC and the National Cancer Institute say Gardisil is safe and effective. They have years of studies and over 10,000 women tested to back up thier arguments.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System has recieved reports for 0.06% of those who have taken the vaccine. This is less than half the average for vaccinations. There is no evidence of a causative link between the vaccination and these symptons, and in fact such a ratio would fall within the chances of these symptoms being totally unrelated.

You suggest it is unproven and will have side effects yet offer absolutely nothing to support your claim.

Sorry but I think I will go with the experts.

They are not forcing sterilization on anyone. The Gardasil vaccine protects recipients against 4 types of HPV(human papaloma virus), including the two types that cause most cervical cancers and the two types that cause the most genital warts.

It DOESN'T prevent pregnancy.

I'm from Ohio and its the Republicans who keep pushing this in our state legislature.  I never heard Obama or a Dem champion this grotesque thought.
