  1. They are successful and the results have proven it with the amount of wins in mayor tournaments.  Recent World Cup champions and numerous five and six nations wins. They work towards there strengths big mobile forwards and they construct points from there.  Its a shame because they do have a dynamic back line.

  2. Each team has to play to it's strength. When winnining is everything (it is now unfortunately or fortunately) you need to stop losing before you win. So that's exactly what they're doing. Nothing wrong in it, boring it is, but effective. After all they don't have the exact same place kicking talent they had earlier to use to score everytime they get into the opponents half.

Anyway about Wales, well...........I don't see you guys going much above the QFs. Sorry, but that's the reality.

  3. If you don't have the players, you have to play with what you have. England have the forwards and (if Wilkinson plays) a fly-half. Use them or loose the game. The same tactics will be used by any team who have good forwards, like South Africa and Argentina. If you have good backs like Australia and Ireland, you are going to swing the ball wide. And if you have good forwards and backs? You are the best team in the world. Compare All Blacks.

Boring rugby? Maybe yes. But effective rugby.

  4. And Wales really set the world alight don't they?! Try doing a better mickey take of an English accent next time Dafydd. It's really bad. It just doesn't make sense.

  5. Welshy, you're an idiot.

I reckon you're a football supporter who's jumping on the Rugby bandwagon in Wales. Real rugby supporters show they're competitors the respect they deserve as an international outfit. Wales are a decent team, on a par with England, playing a better style of rugby to watch, but as with England, playing to their strenghts.

I hope bigots like you are no-where near a world cup game because the 'real' welsh supporters are the salt of the earth, despite history.

I'm Irish, plenty of history there too, but when England came to Croke Park last year they were so respectful of the history with that stadium, and received the same treatment in return!

    Thats what rugby is about!!
