Why do European males look feminine?

Traveling to Europe I couldnt help but notice that the males look and act very feminine. What is up with that? Is it because their socalist ideals have grabbed the males by their balls and made them their *********?

Don't laugh. It could be the high concentration of estrogen in the water. I haven't read about it in Europe, but I did see it in an article about England. The men are showing low sperm counts and it is highly suspected to be the vast amounts of women using birth control pills which is making its way past the water treatment plants.
