Like I always feel like I desperately need the toilet in my dreams and then I go (in my dreams).

Why? This happens basically EVERY time I dream.

I don't wet myself or anything like that. I'm 16.

  1. that simply means you need to go to the toilet. Your conscious mind (in relation to your physcal body) is telling you through your subconscious that you need to go to the toilet already.

  2. perhaps it means you need to take a c**p or pee? who knows. Maybe you need to be relieved of something?

  3. idk maybe you need to get something off your chest

  4. Your dream is likely the product of some low level anxiety that brings on this familiar theme in times of stress - even low-level stress.

The theme is one of being deprived of essential freedom and locked into an inconvenient need.  That need is also related to some degree to a state of alarm.  The body reacts naturally that way as part of the 'fight or flight' survival mechanism - which relates to fear or apprehension.

From all this it is likely that something in your life leaves you with an anxiety about being put on the spot, but unable to respond properly and feeling some need to escape.  All the while the thing is quite inconvenient and undesired.  The mind is ventilating the problem when this occurs.

Consider these points to see how they may fit, perhaps this can help in your understanding.  At 16 you've many challenges on your mind and many who pull at you - hang in there, time will help you overcome so much of that.

    All the best to you.

  5. It is possible that you 'take in' something all day and when you dream your mind is ready to 'dump' the poisons and toxins that our waking bodies get rid of in urine.  Analyze what is going on during the day.  Is there someone putting emotional distress on you or taking advantage of you in a way that makes you feel low or less?  To stop having this dream you need to find a way to end the situation that causes this.

  6. This happens to me when I have to go to the bathroom in real life, but haven't woken up yet.  Usually I just wake up and go to the bathroom and I never really dream that anymore.
