Why do I always feel dizzy after a sunburn?

It wasn't even that hot at the beach, and the water was cold.

You might be dehydrated or have mild sun stroke. This is where your body hear regulating system stops working due to excessive heat. My suggestion is, don't stay out in the sun too long and try and keep really hydrated with powerade and cool water
