  1. Get checked for H-pylori.

  2. It could be many things.  For me I have PCOS and the hormonal imbalance causes me to be nauseous in the morning.  Good luck figuring out the problem.

  3. You should go see a Gastroenterologist-a "stomach" doctor.  They can check for ulcers, errosive gastritis and other stomach issues through something called an Endoscopy.  I had one a few years ago and again a few months ago.  You may want to also have a colonoscopy.  You're sleep while these procedures are performed so it's not bad at all.  Sorry your having a hard time.

  4. You may be diabettic....have you been checked.....just in case you never know right....good luck : )

  5. Maybe your stomach is so empty that it is causing the nausea? I know if I don't eat a while before bed I wake up with nausea that won't go away til I eat.  You might want to check with your doc tho.

  6. It could be heartburn or reflux, try a store bought product and see if it helps

  7. ulcers - get some TUMS they help i used to have to eat 2 of those every morning

  8. Your blood sugar will be lowest in the morning. Your stomach also, obviously, will be empty. Keep some crackers or something on your nightstand and try nibbling a few before rising.

    What are the symptoms?

The symptoms can vary depending on how low the blood sugar level drops.

Mild hypoglycemia can cause nausea, a jittery or nervous feeling, cold and clammy skin, sweating, hunger, and a rapid heartbeat.

Moderate hypoglycemia often makes you feel irritable, anxious, or confused. You may have blurred vision, feel unsteady, and have difficulty walking.

Severe hypoglycemia can lead to loss of consciousness, seizures, and coma—and it may be fatal.

I have symptoms listed as moderate more and more if I don't eat every few hours. Have some orange juice in the refrigerator to drink when you first wake up. It will be the quickest way to raise your blood sugar but eat early as well.
