I had this problem ever since I was a teenager. I would go to bed early enough get up and go to school and I would always feel tired. Even now I got the same prolem. Like as though I want to sleep longer but even if I do that I still feel tired, groggy and miserable. Could this be a sleep disorder or what?

  1. are you anemic? if so, this is a sign of it!

  2. You could possibly have sleep apnea??

  3. I have had the same problem, Ever since i was a baby, i ALWAYS slept, all the time, Sometimes i can go to bed at 9 pm, and wake up at noon the next day and still feel tired, .. It's probably that you're getting too much sleep. My Doctor told me that i need a regular 7-8 hours of At night... it might be a sleep disorder. not sure =S

  4. Thats the same thing my man dose.

Well this new report I saw on tv said that, kids and some adults tend to leave the tv and raidio on and when you are really tierd your body tends to not wanna here that and you toss and turn all night. Leaven you tierd and work in the morn.

I trun off all my stuff now and I wake up much better. How ever my man still seem to be tierd, every one is diff do this and see if it works. If not IM me and I can surch more methods to try to match one with your body. Cuz we all diff like I earlyier stated, that method works for you. And a hot meal works for my man, if I cook he tends to know some how and come out and ask what I"m cooking for him lol. So yeah hope that works for you :-)

  5. um.... well DONT TRY THIS , DO IT, when u wake up go into the bathroom and wet ur face with water and soap! thats what i do but  take a shower cuz i have like two hours to get ready.

  6. You could be sleeping too long and giving your body too much rest.  Or you may be sleeping, but not actually resting. Like if you have a lot on your mind and are unable to truly rest.  Try some relaxation techniques, like taking a long hot bath and freeing your mind and see if that works
