Why do I always have dreams where Im pregnant?

Question

Im 13, and Im always having dreams/nightmares where Im pregnant,

Does this mean something?

On like, a different level?

They kind of disturb me, is there any way I can stop this?

Plussss.

When I go to my dads, I have nightmares and wake up in the morning with cuts all over my arms, im assuming there from me scratching or something,

Is something wrong?

I'm not sure why it's happening but it used to happen to me I would always have dreams where either I or someone close to me was pregnant, but it went away after a while.
