Why do I always wake up with a splitting headache?

Lately it's been occuring. Even if I get, like, 10 hours of sleep.....I wake up with an intolerable headache. Why do you think this is?..

  1. it could be your position. your pillow,, your mattress..  


  2. usually due to dehydration. maybe you don't drink enough water, or it's too hot where you sleep or you sweat a lot during dreams. try drinking lots of water before bed

  3. your back could be misaligned. you need to see a chiropractor. most likely they can make them stop. you could have a pinched nerve too. do ur research and go to a chiropractor.  

  4. It could be caused by toxic mold.

    You can get a new pillow which will help because pillows can harbor mold spores, or get a hypoallergenic cover for the one you use.

    Mold spores can also be in carpeting, the mattresses, your towels, heat & air ducts, and the walls.

    It's really hard to get rid of all mold spores, but you can get rid of most of them, and that may help your headaches.

  5. My friend had that same thing and she died 2 weeks later of a tumor, it was because of sleeping to much.
