  2. same here. the kids are back at school next Tuesday, and I just know I won't be able to sleep on Monday night.

  4. I think its cos your not used to getting up at that time you have to get up for but when you don't have to get up your waking up to your body's internal clock so it makes you less tyerd

  5. Just get a reallyyyyy loud alarm. My cell phone alarm works for me.

  6. i dont know. i have the same problem and it drives me nuts. i am late for work alot because of it. not because i stay up late or anything..idk..its frustrating.
