Why do I beep Everytime?....?

I go into wal-mart,hastings,grocery store? I dont carry my purse in anymore because i thought it was that or my phone. I can be just in shorts and a tshirt and i start beeping. Almost EVERYTIME!!! why is that?

This happened to me too, Walmart wasnt that bad, but when it happened to me at JC Penny's and security came and searched my purse I was humiliated.  

This is what security told me.

It was probably my keyless entry remote, or just my car keys.  At some when I went through a security thing or some where and it got magnatized, and it started setting off alarms.

That was something they said they would see occasionally.  

It was very embarassing for several months, but slowly it stopped doing it as much and then stopped all together.
