I take my calcium 3 times a day and take long morning walks so I get my vitamin D. I don't think I am lacking any vitamin... I have a cup of organic fat-free yogurt everyday. But lately when 4ish comes around I crave milk. I used to be lactose intolerant when I was young so i never really drank milk. Why do I crave it? I just drank 1/2 a jug with cheerios??? p.s I am not pregnant... That couldn't be possible if you know what i mean.
