Why do I feel cranky all the time?

I wish I did not, but I feel like sometimes, everyone gets on my nerves. They tell me sometimes that I complain about the same things as well, and it makes me disappointed with myself. There are days in which I want to be completely alone because I feel like my pateince with my co-workers, friends, and even my family runs out.

What can I do? I hate snapping at everyone and feeling like I never have my own freedom. I'm 24 and feeling like this at this age is not normal IMO.

Serious answers please.

  1. Because you are human! Im 24 too. Welcome to life. I totally relate

  2. confide in friends and family about ur problem and if they dont understand, bring a pillow, believe it to be the person u r impatient with and punch it till it tears. Good Luck!!

  3. I can tell your a very hard worker. thats a good thing but it could be caused from pms. and its stress. maybe therapy. i loved therapy.

im only 13 and i get sooo stressed over stupid stuff. so i just breathe anytime im getting mad. sometimes people are just angry theres really nothing u can do.

    best of wishes<3

  4. I was like that before, but there was reason behind mine because I had been through a lot back then. Honestly, it sounds like you are depressed or bipolar. I can't give you an exact answer because I don't know whether you have been through rough times lately or if you are on medications because many medicines will make you angry & quick to snap on people with no reason at all. If you have been through hard times, then you are more than likely depressed. If not, then you could be bipolar, but the symptoms you have mentioned doesn't sound too much like it though, but there are 2 types--manic & depressive & yes you can be both manic & depressive! I suggest that you go to a psychiatrist. Also, you can take screening tests online to see. Stress & no sleep play a big role. I hope this helps!

  5. ur miserable, end of story.............but you can change that, find something you love to do and do it......even change ur daily routeen...  when u can respect your life you can respect others involved in it.  "It doesn't rain everyday."

I've helped out ppl with the same problem...hit me up if u need to talk or something:)

  6. A bit more info is required to give a good answer. Here are some questions that if answered, would help other people give you a helpful opinion.

*Do you feel as though there is too much being expected of you?

*Do you feel as though people expect too little from you, or even

    patronize you?

*Do you feel as though your current situation with your work of family is holding you back from success in anyway?

The bottom line is a bit more information is required about your life for anyone to help.

The last bit if my answer will be directed to the complete idiocy of the first person who answered your question, who managed to misspell 'maybe' even with a spell check. Natural selection is after you.

  7. i agree, it sounds like PMS, but you shouldn't be feeling like that all the time.

I think you should talk to a doc or OB/GYN about what might be causing this.

  8. There's some other possibilities, too.  Stress could be a factor, and pms/hormones for sure, but ask yourself if you're getting enough sleep, having too much caffeine, or eating well?  Try to learn to meditate or to do breathing exercises, and when  you start to feel overwhelmed take a quick 10 minute break and get refreshed and refocused.  When you feel about to snap at someone, take a second and rethink it - if you catch yourself, you can stop it in time.

  9. I'd say PMS

  10. you might be mildly antisocial or have minor angry issues.

  11. PMS maybee??

  12. Just a flat out mean ***** probably

  13. have you ever considered that you may have depression?

    depression makes you snappy

    disappointed

    guilty

    etc.
