Why do I feel less tired after taking a c**p?

Many times after waking up in the morning I feel really tired. Then when I just go take a c**p I feel more awake all of a sudden. Why is that?

Wow this may seem like a silly question at first but its really not. I have asked myself the same question.  I feel the same exact way.

Im not a morning person and because of my job hours I dont have to wake up early in the morning.  I have 3 thoughts on this:

one- mabe the release of toxins out of your system enables your blood to utilize oxygen more efficiently.  

two - I was also thinking that everything that you do exerts energy which over time tires you.  Eating / digestion and excreation exerts energy.  It takes alot of energy from your body to excrete if you hold it in and the body is trying to excrete. your using alot of energy.

three - its Psychological

because you push so hard to get it out that your heart has to speed up to allow the action.
