  1. It must be anger. Are you angry about something or stressed out about something?Try to calm down because this anger could get worse.Pray to GOD about it.GOD is the one that can solve this better than anyone else. You seem like you are mad about something.Try to relax.Go to the doctor and see what the doctor says about this.I hope that I helped you in some way or another.Try to stay calm.Don't get so stressed out about things.Express your feelings in art. It's better than expressing your anger on innocent I hope that I helped.Just relax though.Everything will be all right.GOD BLESS you!

  2. I'm not sure if this is coming from frustrations or if it is an unwanted urge. If it is an unwanted / intrusive urge, you might want to read about "intrusive thoughts" on Wikipedia: "Most people experience these thoughts; when they are associated with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or depression, they may become paralyzing, anxiety-provoking, and persistent." Hope this helps.

  3. You sound like you're just overwhelmed with everything.  Maybe too much going on in your life, right now.  I took up hiking a couple of years ago and really really like opportunities to simply get away from everybody for awhile.  Now, I just find myself amused how very stupid and silly most people really are.  I don't want to hit them anymore, I just find everything very funny.  A guy with a Marlboro light in one hand and a cell phone in another while looking a a traffic light just shows what idiots we've become.  Just be yourself and do what you feel like you want to do.  Don't worry about "the others".  They don't have life figured out any better than you do.   Good luck, man.

  4. U're fustrated!!!

I feel like that sometimes.. i have a squishy ball just squeeze it..

  5. I feel the same way, and we are not alone! There are numerous things that could cause this, in my case it is brain damage from having a stroke, and maybe some of my rotten childhood thrown in.If it recently started happening it could be blood flow related to your brain, or a hard hit to the head might have caused it. Look back on what physically has happened to you since you noticed your problem. It sounds like you just have a mild case, I've got it bad, I am prescribed valium and I am a new man!
