So I decided to start running today, after running for only about 15 minutes I didn't feel so good so I decided to stop and walk, I still didn't feel better so I quicky came home and thats when everything started happening. I was of course hot, I had the worse stomach pains and wanted to throw up but couldnt because I hadn't eaten anything. I fell and couldnt really stand. My breathing was irregular and I was shaking, sweating and shivering all at the same time. I thought maybe my glucose was low or something so I grabbed something sweet..after abour 15 minutes under the covers it all passed and I was fine.
Im scared to start running again..Did I do something wrong? Am I supposed to eat something before I run? I only had a glass of waer after my run.. Any advice please? Thanks
