Why do I feel more tired after being woken up after 7 hrs sleep...?

than when I don't sleep at all, or sleep for 4hrs

  1. You are at the wrong point in your biorythm cycle.  Best time to wake up is after 4 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours or 12 hours.   4 hours should be regarded as for emergencies only.


  2. actually it happens to me too and i never knew y ??? u'd think that u'll feel less tired when u sleep a longer time.... :-s

  3. because during sleep we go through cycles of deep sleep to light sleep every 1.1/2 hours. so if youve slept for say three hours you will wake up easy as u will be back in the light sleep phase - if you wake up after seven hours sleep it will work out that you are in the deep phase on the seventh hour and its like being dragged through treacle trying to wake up from deep sleep.

  4. depends on how deep your sleep is, if you want deep sleep, don't drink pop or coffee for a few hours before bed.
